About me.

In 2018, my husband and I embarked on an adventure that would change our lives forever. We left our home in Germany and set our sights on Singapore. We spent a year filled with incredible experiences and discoveries. In 2019, we decided to make another life-altering move - to Sydney, Australia. Since then we have been living in this beautiful country.

In 2020 I became a mum. The journey through motherhood has brought a new, profound meaning to my life. It's made me more conscious of the choices I make for my family, especially when it comes to health and well-being. From the products we use to the values we instill in our kids, I'm committed to making thoughtful choices that contribute to a healthier and happier family.

I created this blog to share my journey, values, and the things that light up my life. I'll be sharing insights into how we try to make more conscious decisions in our daily life. Along this you'll find our favorite family recipes.
